On September 22, 2007, the Miss Greater Greer Scholarship Committee inducted Paige Burkhalter, The Clock
Restaurant, John M. Rollins, Jr., and the Commission of Public Works  into the Miss Greater Greer Hall of Honor.  The
Hall of Honor acknowledges individuals, organizations, and businesses for their support, involvement, and promotion of
the Miss Greater Greer organization in the Greater Greer community.

On the same evening, Anne Helton was awarded the Woman of Achievement for her involvement in community service
and volunteer opportunities in the Greater Greer community. The Woman of Achievement award is presented to a
woman in the Greater Greer area who has not only made a difference in the life of her family, but continues to mentor
young women and provide encouragement and empowerment to others through her involvement in her community as
well as her chosen occupation.
