| The Miss Greater Greer Scholarship Competition is a non-profit organization and a local preliminary to Miss South Carolina and Miss America. The Miss America Organization is the world's largest provider of scholarships for young women and one of the nation's leading achievement programs. Funding is obtained through contributions from area businesses and individuals. The Miss Greater Greer Scholarship Committee would like to thank the City of Greer, the Greater Greer Chamber of Commerce, and the following community businesses for their continued support of the Miss Greater Greer and Miss Greater Greer Teen Competitions. |
